The MADD activities in this area at Youth
Matters are designed to allow the learners to have ideas and take initial
projects to the next level.
Youth Matters are soon
to start the Arts Award qualification where learners will be given the
opportunity to achieve Bronze and Silver levels in their chosen arts form. As
part of this course they will be taking part in an art form, visiting local and
professional shows, researching and being inspired by an arts hero of their
choice, and resulting in a portfolio that they can take pride in.
As for up and coming
projects, Michael Jackson’s Thriller will soon be on your screens again, this
time directed, filmed, and acted in by the Youth Matters learners. They will be
taking part in the whole of the music video experience; from costume design, to
lighting and make up. Watch this space...
